About Castlegar:
Located at the confluence of the Columbia River and Arrow Lakes, Castlegar and it’s surrounding area is home to over 10,000 people. During summer months locals spend their time in the great outdoors that engulf the valley city, with numerous campgrounds, hiking and biking trails. In the winter locals flock to the ski hills and the local arena to watch the Rebels.
Selkirk College:
We are lucky enough to have a great college located 5 minutes from the Arena. Every year numerous Rebels take classes here to begin to further their education and get the jump on their collegiate careers. A list of courses the college offers can be found here: https://selkirk.ca/programs
Our Rink:
The Rebels play their home games at the Castlegar Community Complex located in the heart of the city. At the rink, we have an amazing private dressing room that includes spin bikes, coaches office, personal stalls, laundry, equipment room & multipurpose storage / kitchen room. Players are also encouraged to use the gym, pool, and sauna at the Complex.
